The shy smile coupled with his limited Chinese, left us a deep impression. Currently working hard on his Chinese and dance, Junho showed us that his hard work paid off through the “Nothing to Lose” MV.

His new song showcased the other side of him, wishes to try a ‘band’ style

Kim Junho’s new song “Nothing to Lose” is a song with high rhythmic dance music and a hint of rock. Kim Junho loves dancing, so he wants to let fans see the other side of him through this song. This song is about a heartbroken man’s story. In the Mv, Kim Junho boldly attempted acting. Actually his ideal job was to be an actor. If his Chinese gets better, he wishes to be an actor. When talking about the style of his song, Kim Junho said that he loves Jazz and is willing to try a ‘band’ style. If there is a chance to hold a concert, he wishes to have a band to play.

More familiar with China than Junsu, the person he wants to collaborate most is still his brother
As the brother of Junsu, member of a high popularity group, TVXQ, Kim Junho chose to debut in China. Junsu gave him a lot of help on his stage experience. Although there is a lot of artistes he wishes to collaborate with, but honestly speaking, the person he wishes to collaborate with the most is still his brother, Kim Junsu. He wishes his popularity rises till his brother’s ‘standard’, collaborate, then hold a concert together.

Working hard in learning Chinese, Dance practices busy
Before his debut, Kim Junho started to take Chinese lessons in Beijing Shifan Daxue (University). Although he was not recognised by his classmates, but his fans often go to his school to ask for autographs. Regarding the Chinese lyrics, he said he is still working hard. Because he never danced in the past, he has to practice frequently. 5 days per week, each day 6 hours of dancing. Even if in Korea when he is sick, he insists on practicing.

From a Baseball player to a Singer

Once a baseball player, Kim Junho had to change career as he had injured himself. When he was considering becoming an actor, there was a chance to go to China to become a singer. Now settled in China, Kim Junho feels that doing shows in China is more relaxed as compared to Korea, simpler and has more freedom.

Working Hard to learn how to compose, fans is his biggest motivation

Kim Junho said that the influence the China fans has on him is the greatest. During the promotion of his albums they gave him a lot of motivation, which leads him to today. Because his Chinese communication is not smooth, so all the fan’s comments read by his manager before conveying back to him. Kim Junho wishes that after he has improved in his Chinese, he can communicate directly with his fans. As a singer, he thinks that if he can write songs for his fans, it is a very happy thing to do, so he is working hard to learn how to compose and write songs. Speaking about his goals, Kim Junho hopes that not only k-poppers will like him, but also all the people in China.
